Refund policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery. Therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase  for any reason, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Make sure to get a receipt as a proof that you have returned the item(s). If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 15 days after we receive your returned products.  

Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home. You can test the product in the same way as you would in a store. You can test the product but you cannot take it into actual use. 

The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with any enclosed accessories and documentation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  
    All of our jewellery is individually hand-made to order. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it before we dispatch it. Please see the contact us page for our contact details. You will need to give us your name, address details as well as your order number to cancel your order.
